Dane, Wisconsin - Chase Hathaway is starting his freshman year in high school and his spirit has already been tested by the devastating loss of his father to Huntington’s disease. As symptoms begin to show up, he realizes that he may be afflicted with the same fate as his father. Afraid to face reality, his mother refuses to allow a simple blood test that she fears will seal his fate.
His longtime friends, Luke and Merry help Chase face his own tragic reality; they create a list of things they want to do: driving, college, drinking, and girls. What Luke and Merry don’t realize, is that Chase’s list is filled with things he wants to experience before he dies…by his own hand or by the hand of fate.
