Food safety microbiology seminar, Oct. 24

PR Log (Press Release) – Sep 26, 2008 – St. Louis, MO – Microbe Inotech Laboratories, Inc. will be sponsoring a Food Health and Safety Microbiology Seminar on October 24, 2008 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at the Donald Danforth Plant Sciences Center (975 N. Warson Rd., St. Louis, MO 63132).

The seminar is a one day series of speakers from both the industry and academia covering concerns from a real world viewpoint as well as analytical food microbiology issues, food safety and technology.

Attendees can register for the seminar at http://www.microbe-foodsafety.com/seminar. The registration fee is $195 and includes a continental breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks.  Each participant will also receive either a premium backpack or laptop bag with resource materials. Attendance is limited to 200 participants.
