Today Drill Academy announced that their first training course will be entitled ‘The Basics of Foundation Drilling’.
Scheduled to begin Q1 2009, the course will benefit junior drilling rig operators and more experienced staff who want a better understanding of the drilling process. Taking place over 3 days, the course will be a careful balance between drilling theory and practical hands-on sessions.
“By keeping class sizes small, with no more that 6 trainees, we can ensure that everyone gets the attention they need and time to put theory into practice” said Gordon Roxon, Sales Director at Drill Academy. “A drilling rig is a very expensive piece of capital equipment, ensuring that operators are fully trained is an easy cost to justify”.
