With over 10,000 products online, Material Flow needed a way for customers to quickly find what they were looking for. A new search system was built from the ground up. The new search system allows visitors to search specifically by model number, product name or simple keyword. These product searches are enhanced by a suggestive search function that quickly brings up results as they are entered in.
One common complication with material handing websites is that many products have different names to different people. To help solve this problem Material Flow has implemented a new image based navigation menu that lets customers browse products visually, making it easier for them to find the exact hand-truck, pallet jack or lift table that they are looking for.
