American Home Lenders, an FHA approved Mortgage Lender, announced today that it has increased the availability of FHA programs. With some of the changes made by the Federal Government, there are certain FHA refinance programs that can go from origination to close in as little as 3 days.
American Home Lenders through a new marketing campaign is making homeowners aware of FHA programs that can assist them during these tumultuous times. Some of the programs that are offered require no appraisal and are not credit score driven as long as they are current with their mortgage payments.
