Stefani Whiteside is a certified personal trainer and wellness coach with a mission to reshape bodies and teach health and wellness around the world, one person at a time. With over 8 years of experience, this Detroit native made her way to Hollywood from New York City where she was the Athletic Manager and private trainer for the Princeton Club of New York.
Stefani is excited to introduce WorkOut With Whiteside (W.O.W.W.). A company dedicated to helping you improve your health and well-being, while whipping you into the best shape of your life. Stefani enjoys working with clients one-on-one, designing and incorporating challenging and effective workouts for maximum results. She has partnered with M.I.M.S. (Muscles in Motions Systems) and Det2LA.com to provide services nationwide.
Stefani promotes for W.O.W.W., and provides media coverage through Det2LA at major events and award shows. Such event may include: Super Bowl, NBA All Star Weekend, Magic Show, CES, Stellar Awards, North American Auto Show, On Wheel Awards, Soul Train Awards, NAACP Image Awards, Academy Awards, Pan African Film Festival, ABFF (American Black Film Festival), Urban Network, and other sports/ entertainment events.
