Performers scheduled for the Gala include belly dancers Zenouba and Calliope, mariachi singer Norberto Rodriguez, local singer Gina Milligan, the band Kimberly, and Mexika, a group performing the sounds of ancient Mexico.  Also appearing is El Monte's own Tina Flores.

Additionally, the 501st Legion, a group of Stars Wars enthusiasts who make appearances as Stars Wars characters will perform on stage and mingle with guests. Last, but not least, the San Gabriel Valley Cartoonistas, a San Gabriel Valley organization of comic book artists and animators, will provide the pre-show activity with a live art show.

The Grace Black Auditorium is located on 3130 North Tyler Avenue, El Monte, California, 91731.  The gala opens for public and pre-show activity at 6:30 PM.  The performances begin at 7:00 PM and end at 9:00 PM.  Ticket prices including dinner are $30 for single adults, $15 for students, and $70 for a pack of four.
