Her office will be located in the South Texas region, and will initially be concentrating on the San Antonio Metro Area.
Having been in a management coaching role for two decades, Gentry knew becoming an ActionCOACH would be the perfect fit for her.
Prior to becoming an ActionCOACH, Gentry worked at USAA in the IT department.
“Throughout my career, I held many different positions, and became known for going into an organization and fixing problems and improving morale of the teams,” she said.
In this manner, Gentry was always successful in turning around many teams and organizations – leading to their ultimate success.
“I am very process oriented and am able to identify areas that need to be organized; I also have the ability to show the impacted parties how to take their organizations from where they are to where they need to be,” she said.
Tired of corporate life, Gentry felt saturated and unmotivated when she was told she could not be promoted anymore.
Gentry was impressed by ActionCOACH.

Excited about this new role, Gentry is ready to help business owners create and crystallize their dreams and vision to reach new heights of success.
“Small business owners are a forgotten population who are left all by themselves to figure things out. With no help, they get consumed by the day-today operations and are not able to move their business to the next level – most small business owners don’t get off the starting block,” she said.
