The infrastructural facilities at AlphaOne, Ahmedabad will include ventilation systems for basements with 100% power back up and Co2 extraction. Air-conditioning systems would be maintained at an ambient temperature. Advanced fire detection and suppression systems with heat and smoke detectors. Directional audible signaling is integral to the systems as is waste drainage system, sumps and pumps to treat water. Dedicated sewage treatment plants for each component of the project are also part of the master plan. Only treated waste water will be discharged after meeting prescribed limits of GPCB/CPCB.
