Sam Ash Hosts Special Bob Dylan Harmonica Viewing Preview in Hollywood

Sept. 22, 2008 - PRLog -- Only a few lucky fans will be able to own these limited edition Bob Dylan hand-signed harmonica collections, but everyone can get a look at these historic instruments at a special viewing at Sam Ash Music's Hollywood location beginning September 24th, 2008.

Dylan fans can get a special up-close look at the exclusive Bob Dylan Collection of hand-signed harmonicas that will go on sale in late October. The seven harmonica set, which have been played and signed by Dylan, will sell for $25,000 while individual signed harmonicas will sell for $5000.

The first item in the collection consists of a complete set of seven Marine Band harmonicas in the natural keys of C, G, D, F, A, B, and E, which have been played and hand-signed by Bob Dylan.  The harmonicas are displayed in an inlaid ebony box, handcrafted exclusively for Bob Dylan with his distinctive “Eye” logo on the lid and a renowned, framed picture of Bob Dylan on the inside cover.  A letter from the President of Hohner, Inc., is included, confirming authenticity.  Limited to twenty-five sets with a retail price of $25,000 each.

The second item in the collection is a single Marine Band harmonica in the key of C, hand-signed by Bob Dylan.  This single harmonica is displayed in an inlaid ebony box, also handcrafted for Bob Dylan with a signed card from the President of Hohner, Inc., confirming authenticity.  Limited to one hundred harmonicas with a retail price of $5000 each.

Both of these items will be on display at the Sam Ash Music Store in Hollywood, CA which is located at 7360 Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90046-3487. They will be on display from Wednesday, September 24th through Wednesday, October 8th, 2008. A viewing in New York City will follow beginning October 15th, 2008
