“Before we signed on with WWWEnterprise we were having some problems with our previous vendor, and we didn’t know there was another company that does this,” said Chrissie Meyers, Clinical Administrator. “After I learned about WWWEnterprise, I spoke with Dr. Back and we decided to call them to get some more information about what they do. They offer many more products than our previous vendor, as well as many more features for our office to manage our account.”
In addition to fulfilling product orders placed on the Center’s website, WWWEnterprise, Inc. will also handle the customer service for Patients who make purchases from LyleMBack.md. Patients will still receive the same quality customer service they have become accustomed to at the Center. The Center has been given a secure account area to view real time sales data. The secure account area also includes custom banners which the Center can use at any place on the website or e-mail newsletter to highlight individual products.
The Center’s transition to WWWEnterprise, Inc.’s platform will be completed this month.
