Indie-fest wants you on the judge’s panel for the 2008 Orlando Hispanic Film Festival

OHFF introduces another innovation with indie-fest online film competition presented by IndieFlix

Fans and followers of the 2nd annual Orlando Hispanic Film Festival will get a long awaited piece of the action this year with the introduction of Indie-fest, the online screening competition sponsored by IndieFlix.com.

IndieFlix developed the Indie-fest concept of screening programmed films in competition utilizing the web as a venue for the festival and letting the audience choose which feature wins the cash prize.

Indie-fest, debuted at the 2008 Seattle Int'l FF and the list of festivals participating in Indie-fest is growing.  Soon viewers will be able to watch films playing at festivals all over the world.

What is Indie-fest?
Indie-fest is like the American Idol of independent film.  It is the first interactive voter-based program of its kind to hit the global film festival circuit.

It is free to watch, vote and support independent film from the comfort of your own home. The winning filmmaker receives a 90/10 non-exclusive distribution deal and a theatrical screening at the festival. All filmmakers in competition receive collected data, user comments and emails provided the user opts to share it with the filmmaker.
