Shape Up Your Golf Game While Shaping Up Your Body!

Women's Golf Center.com presents a series of articles on shaping up your golf game and your body at the same time. Maybe next year we'll come to the golf course a little slimmer, a little stronger, and a little more flexible than ever before.

Sept. 18, 2008 - PRLog -- Women's Golf Center.com presents a series of articles on a golf-training program designed to increase strength, flexibility, endurance, and balance.  Author Bridget Logan describes how a golfer's technique depends a great deal on their physical condition.

It is hoped that this series will inspire golfers (especially women) to get back into shape.  Adding a little strength training to your exercise program will add a great deal to your golf game!

The program consists of a three-part series including an Off-Season Program, a Pre-Season, and an In-Season Program.  Even though the series is thorough, it is pointed out that it is flexible enough to be adjusted to fit individual needs.  It is also suggested that every individual should consult with a Physician or health care professional before beginning any exercise program and might also consult with a training professional to create a program designed especially for them.
