Mobility Consulting and Contracting has specialized in wheelchair accessibility home evaluations design and modifications since 1980, with a concentration in the NJ, NY, and PA area. The company was recently bought by Jeff Wolf of JAC builders in Freehold, NJ from Barry Kolton who will remain in the company for a period of time as a consultant.
Mobility Consulting and Contracting has decided to expand and is proud to introduce a office in Gaithersburg, MD that will provide all the services that the New Jersey office has been providing for years. Mobility Consulting and Contracting has had such success in the past years working with over 100 private homeowner and various state departments and agencies that they believe the Maryland office will be an excellent addition. The best part about Mobility Consulting and Contracting is that they can do something as simple as a couple of grab bars or change over a house to be completely accessible. They can install ramps, wheelchair lifts, bathroom, bedroom and kitchen modifications, wider doorways, and room additions. They also handle the architectural drawings, variance and permit applications, and all construction trades- for a turn key operation.
