Aspen Clinical Research announces the opening of its 70 bed inpatient clinical research unit. The 20,000 square foot dedicated Phase I unit will host a variety of clinical research trials including safety studies with healthy volunteers, indication studies on subjects with current health problems, and other advancing drug and medical device studies. Ian Dawe, Aspen's VP of Business Development states, "Clinical Research in Utah is seeing huge growth and consideration due to the healthy lifestyles many Utahns adhere to, we are building relationships with many international drug companies."
