Altius Information Technologies, Inc.’s president, Jim Kelton has been recognized by ISACA for achieving one of the top two scores on the Orange County CISA exam.
"Earning the top score on the experience-based CISA exam is a clear indication of these professionals' expertise," said Luis Carselle, CISA, chair of ISACA’s CISA Certification Board. "ISACA is proud to recognize them for their achievement."
Since ISACA established the credential 30 years ago, more than 60,000 professionals have earned the CISA certification. It is recognized worldwide as the global standard for IS audit, control and security professionals.
CISA is also accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) under the International Standard ANSI/ISO/IEC 17024. This accreditation is a benchmark for global organizations that certify individuals worldwide.
To earn the CISA designation, candidates are required to:
• Successfully complete the CISA examination, which is offered twice annually in 11 languages and at more than 200 locations
• Adhere to ISACA’s Code of Professional Ethics and agree to comply with a continuing professional education policy
• Submit evidence of a minimum of five years of professional IS auditing, control or security work experience
• Adhere to ISACA’s IS Auditing Standards
