The document was signed by Peter Löscher, President and CEO Siemens AG, Dr. Dietrich Möller, President and CEO Siemens Russia, Vice-President Siemens AG; Chairman Board of Directors E4 Group Mikhail Abyzov and CEO E4 Group Peter Bezukladnikov.
This meeting is the logical result of the cooperation between E4 Group and Siemens. It should be noted that earlier the parties made contracts for the implementation of a number of joint projects. In particular, in January 2008 the parties signed agreement for the equipment supply to Stavropol TPP. In addition Siemens is the main supplier in the construction of the forth power unit on Perm TPP developed by E4 Group. In the mid-May E4 Group delegation visited gas turbine works of the German manufacturer of equipment in Berlin.
It should be emphasized, that E4 Group is the first Russian engineering company visited in person by one of Siemens AG top managers, i.e. Peter Löscher.
In order to pursue the cooperation in the implementation of new joint projects in power generation, transmission and distribution, where E4 Group intents to use its basic equipment on the basis of Siemens technology, Siemens and OJSC “E4 Group” signed the agreement of intent. The document was signed by Peter Löscher, President and CEO Siemens AG and Mikhail Abyzov – Chairman Board of Directors E4 Group. In addition it was signed by Dr. Dietrich Möller, President and CEO Siemens Russia and Peter Bezukladnikov, CEO E4 Group.
