Partner instruction offered in packages of 5 or 10 workouts.

Team Training/Clinics - Training Program designed for Middle School, High School and AAU/Travel Ball Programs. Training is conducted for Team members to improve fundamental skill development, physical conditioning/agility while also focusing on team specific goal initiatives (examples include Half Court Team Defense, Fast Break-Up-tempo Play, Running Motion offense, etc.) Training can be arranged on a regular basis (ex: weekly or bi-weekly) or on a one date Clinic type basis.
