World’s Longest Necklace comes to Art of Life Gallery

The Neverending Necklace will have its first Exhibit ever at a local Art and Frame Shop.

Sept. 11, 2008 - PRLog -- The Neverending Necklace was started 10 years ago in Wellington as a fundraiser for charity and has now become an international project that is growing ever faster. David Friedman, the owner of the Art of Life Gallery saw an opportunity to help raise money for charity by becoming the world’s first host to put the entire necklace on display and make people aware of this ongoing project.

Anybody can become a part of it by dedicating beads to people they love. For only one dollar per bead they will be added to the necklace and the dedications will be entered into the Journal, which can be seen on the Internet. All the money goes to local charity and at the same time makes people aware of the necklace’s work.

The Western Communities are being called to participate and let their towns shine as the first ones who come together in order to support this meaningful attraction.

Friedman says that his Art of Life Gallery is a perfect place to showcase such a feast for the eyes, and he feels that people will enjoy the idea of making special people in their lives unforgettable.

It will be the world’s longest and most valuable necklace where people from all over the world can participate and take pride in. The first goal is an entry into the Guinness Book.
Currently the necklace measures about 1000 feet in length and will have doubled by next year. With nearly 5000 people already involved this necklace holds many fond memories of dear people and carries their names into the world for all to see.

The exhibit can be visited on November 15 & 16, 2008 at the “Art of Life” at the Pointe at Wellington Green, between LA Fitness and Stonewood Grill.
