DSE Assessment / DSE Workstation Assessment – 20-minutes
The 20-minute DSE workstation assessment allows Posture Group to offer an effective service to ensure your company is providing computer workers with a safe, ergonomic workspace and is meeting the requirements of Health and Safety regulations.
- Check of workstation equipment (suitability and set-up)
- Check of environment (performance affecting factors)
- Check of seated posture (set-up and training)

DSE Assessment / DSE Workstation Assessment – 30-minutes
The 30-minute DSE workstation assessment is an extended version of the 20-minute assessment allowing for a more detailed analysis to be carried out. This is recommended for users with mild complaints relating to the workstation or where a user's role involves a number of complex tasks.
In addition to the 20-minute assessment we will include:

DSE WORKSTATION PAIN ASSESSMENT - 60-minutes
The 60-minute computer workstation pain assessment has been developed to provide Posture Group's clients with an effective solution to chronic pain associated with computer work.
