Financial expert, Robin Trehan said leadership has a recycling effect. If there is a great leader, the leader can motivate the organization or the old system into something great.
Comparing the present banking crisis and credit squeeze he said, consumer confidence is battered. The media is not being fair to the banking world. We have to protect our stockholders. The notions of stockholder need not be protected is not fair. Robin said, ordinary citizens have invested money in companies and mutual fund and not protecting them is kicking the investors and hurting the sentiments of the investors. “Not all of us are speculators”
Robin Trehan, further said, the banks are great investment to make. He said, WAMU, is a great brand and analyst are undervaluing the brand name and great branch network. He asked how much analyst know when their own companies of Investment banking houses are in trouble. Robin said, Citi and Wamu and National city will recover.
A new leadership is going to revamp the system. They are going to recycle the own and bring out a great one.
