The agreement with Datacraft plays an important part in the company’s restructuring plans to provide more customer-focused services, greater management effectiveness and improved business competitiveness. As part of this efficiency drive, Datacraft was chosen as the sole vendor responsible for maintaining network infrastructure within the company’s six newly consolidated business groups: Corporate and Investment Banking, Financial Markets, Consumer Finance, Wealth Management, Investment Management and Insurance.
