Britec Merges with Rowie Walker & Associates

The combination of Britec and RW&A, leading business solution partners of Sage Software and Microsoft, will provide customers a more powerful set of solutions for managing their business operations. Using the best of operating systems, hardware, software tools and utilities, we create, manage and deliver accounting software, custom business operations software, infrastructure and networks. Together, the two companies will enhance our offerings around customer needs for technology that is rich in functionality, robust, efficient, and high in throughput.

In the combined company, Roger Katarey will continue as President. Rowie Walker will join Britec as the Vice President - Toronto District. Samantha Walker will join Britec as Manager – Programming & Development. Britec will now operate with 4 regional offices: Calgary, Edmonton, Red Deer and Toronto.

The existing accounting service team of RW&A will continue to provide accounting services to the Greater Toronto Area under the name Rowie Walker Accounting Services. Rowie Walker will oversee the operations as president of this new company.

The two companies are developing integration plans that use the best business, analysis, implementation and maintenance practices from each company.
