Customized IDX Broker Features Help Jill Davidson and Sally Thompson Grow Their Real Estate Website

The Internet Data Exchange (IDX) software extracts raw listing data from the MLS, formats it, and then displays it as a seamlessly integrated part of the Davidson/Thompson website, making it easier for the client to find the exact property they are looking for. IDX Broker makes it simpler for clients to search MRED using a variety of search criteria including exposure, nearby schools, house style, and features. Clients can elect to save their searches and be notified by email when new properties on MRED matching their specifications become available.

IDX Broker helps Davidson and Thompson run a more efficient real estate website by offering administrative tools to help them keep an eye on their online traffic. Details about which pages on the website are being viewed most frequently can be found here along with an area where Davidson/Thompson can edit their custom CSS and wrappers and a new lead management section giving Davidson/Thompson access to client contact information as well as saved search criteria.
