The National Hispanic Sales Network kicked off its 2008 calendar of events at the South City Grill. With well over 70 attendees, the event was a huge success. The networking organization continues to impress and has quickly become the premier organization of its kind in the Northeast and Midwest regions.
“NHSN is the only organization of its kind in the country that targets the growing needs of Hispanics in Sales and Marketing” said Carlos Dortrait, President of the NHSN Northeast Region.
“Our corporate sponsors clearly recognize that the US Hispanic purchasing power is growing at triple the rate of the overall US population.”
Luis Matos, Vice-President of NHSN Northeast Region exclaimed, “the overwhelming positive response from our membership validates the need for our organization. Across the country the number of qualified Hispanics and their level of sophistication in Sales and Marketing have increased dramatically.”
State Farm, a corporate sponsor of NHSN is schedule to host a Dale Carnegie event on March 27th. Admission to the event is complimentary but seating is limited. Anyone interested in attending must register online immediately at www.nhsn.org.
NHSN was created to fill the void created by the lack of Latino sales and marketing professional organization. The essential goal of the organization will be to enhance the skill development of sales and management professionals while providing a forum for networking within the profession.
