For example, when an order is placed, Process Focus tracks each step from the first phone call to the final shipment. Process Focus can show, chronologically, that the order was placed, that it then went to the shipping department and was sent to customer service because of an invalid address. It shows each time customer service attempted to contact the customer before finally getting the address, and that the order was subsequently sent back to shipping and the item was mailed to the customer. Process Focus shows who handled each transaction and how long each employee spent in step.
