NETANYA, Israel – MiniFrame, supplier of a powerful multi-user computing solution, SoftXpand, announced that Caisse d’Epargne, one of Côte d’Ivoire’s largest banks, will be implementing its cutting edge multi-user solution in an effort to broaden PC access to all personnel, staying aligned with technological advancements while significantly reducing on hardware costs.

RTIS TECHNOLOGIES, an IT and telecom solution provider, will be responsible for the full deployment and management of SoftXpand’s integration within the banking system. Starting with its headquarters, Caisse d’Epargne will install virtual PCs in its training and meeting rooms in the first phase. In the coming weeks, the top seven regional branches will equip their conference and meeting rooms with the innovative solution, eventually expanding to virtualize the entirety of its 200 agencies nationwide.
MiniFrame’s cutting-edge solution will also enable Caisse d’Epargne to expand digitally while significantly reducing their total cost of ownership (TCO) and requiring maintenance and management of only the host PC. Working with all types of applications including bank administration and transaction software such as Delta Bank, SoftXpand will help Caisse d’Epargne to gain a competitive edge by integrating seamlessly into the bank’s infrastructure, increasing the numbers of PCs and reducing hardware costs to just the host PC. By taking advantage of the host PC’s ample and unused computing power to connect the workstations, the bank will also be able to drastically reduce energy expenditure and curb electricity bills.
