“We’re excited for our first show in Dallas,” said Davey Heritier, vocalist, pianist, and guitar player for Records Record Records. “Our first national tour has been really successful so far, and we look forward to another great show at Club Dada in Deep Ellum with a bunch of other great bands.”
Records Record Records embarked on their first national tour at the beginning of the summer in support of the band’s debut EP: Leisure Sports and Substance Abuse Problems. The tour has included shows at The Roxy in West Hollywood and will wrap up at the end of September in New York City with a show at the The Knitting Factory.
The first single off the new Records Record Records album is “I Won’t Wait” and has become a radio hit in the Midwest since its debut in mid-July. You can listen to Records Record Records music at: http://www.myspace.com/
The September 13 show at Club Dada in Deep Ellum is a homecoming of sorts for Records Record Records bassist Jimmy King, a native of Lewisville. Rounding out the lineup for Records Record Records is vocalist and guitarist Drew Mowell, drummer Padraig Boyle, and production and sound engineer Kevin Vincent Bertolini.
Indiana native and current Dallas resident Jerod Morris has been looking forward to the show ever since it was announced.
“Records Record Records was my favorite band to see live in Indianapolis, and I’m glad that fans of live music in Dallas will get a chance to see them,” Morris said. “Their new CD sounds great and they always put on a great live show.”
