Sealing electronics such as led-lighting in a casting resin makes a product extraordinarily well protected against impeding external influences, such as water, chemicals, dust, dirt, vandalism and the spying eye of the competition. Multicol’s casting resins vary from very hard and rigid, to soft, flexible and gum-like. They are mechanically strong and crack resistant, but there are also types which can crumble after hardening.
Sealing electronics with a casting resin is a new expertise within Tri-O-Light, that is being initiated by Ron Drost. After 25 years of working in the adhesives branch Ron Drost now operates under the name Multicol casting adhesives & trading as a trademark of Tri-O-Light, adding unique qualities to LED lighting fixtures.

Multicol’s lab is equipped with the latest technology to do adhesive tests and re-create all sorts of climate, ageing and temperature change tests and to be able to offer professional advice and solutions.
Also the wrapping of large volumes of resins, hardeners and other chemical products in the quantities you decide and a packaging of your choice (UN guarantee), if necessary with private label belongs to the services of Multicol.
