in the setting of her family's vineyard in the mountains of central Italy and began to study the culinary arts there, Maria was recently selected as media spokesperson for the American Academy of Opthalmology for the Feast Your Eyes Campaign- to create recipes that include ingredients that are healthy for your eyes and teach people how to eat healthier for their eyes. She will be beginning a national campaign for this in late fall 2008. She has been featured in many national and international publications including Woman's World Weekly, Cooking Light, Healthy Cooking, Tastes of Italia and more. Currently, she divides her time between her offices and residences in the USA and Italy.
