The Ballen Group has expanded their distressed property division. The distressed property division was originally created to simply market and sell REO properties (Lender owned foreclosures).  This division was added when the market created a demand for Las Vegas real estate agents who would quickly turn foreclosed properties as a service to the lenders or asset managers. Upon recent review of the Las Vegas foreclosure industry, The Ballen Group realized the demand for this service was growing, and more services were being requested or required. These services include items such as tenant evictions, turning on utilities, hiring and supervising contractors such as house cleaners, painters, landscapers, construction crews and many more needed services. In order to service the REO properties, The Ballen Group of Coldwell Banker Wardley Real Estate added Las Vegas Real Estate agents, Administrative and Marketing staff, and upgraded systems to the group to help maintain and market the properties from listed to sold.

In addition to working with foreclosed properties, the distressed property division has added specialty areas for the purchasing, listing, marketing, maintenance and sales of Las Vegas short sales and pre foreclosures that will be sold with the help of a Las Vegas Real Estate Agent instead of being foreclosed.
