Dynasty Limousine, Florida's premier Limousine and Transportation service, has just signed an agreement with Tiber Creek Corporation to become a publicly held company. The deal was signed on September 2, 2008 and marks an exciting milestone for the company. Jim McKillop of Tiber Creek has met with Pierce Fleming, Dynasty's Vice President, and they have discussed plans for future growth and possible aquisitions. Dynasty Limousine will be the first American Limousine Company to "go public".
"We are pleased with the direction and stability that Tiber Creek brings to the table", stated Mr. Fleming, "They have an outstanding track record and are at the top of their field." As part of the agreement Tiber Creek will become shareholders in Dynasty Limousine thereby providing mutual incentive for success.
Dynasty Limousine has posted another record month in August 2008 with a 57% increase over last August. This marks the 6th consecutive record month this year and the company is up 33% year to date. 2008 will be the best in Dynasty's 10 year history. Additionally, Dynasty Limousine has been nominated by LCT Magazine for their "Operator Of The Year" award. This National award is given to those operators who display excellence in marketing, customer service, safety and training initiatives. Dynasty is also on the short list of Limousine Operators that have posted increases in 2008.
