PMForum named Media Partner for Project Management Professional Development Summit in Hawaii

Aug. 31, 2008 - PRLog -- Dallas, Texas, USA — PMForum announced today that it has been named “Media Partner” for the 2008 Professional Development Summit being co-sponsored by the PMI Honolulu Chapter and LavaCon 2008.  The event will be held in Honolulu, Hawaii during 6-8 November 2008. PMForum will provide news coverage before and during the event for the global project management community.  

According to Sharon Rundell, Special Projects Director for the PMI Honolulu Chapter, “Our 2008 Professional Development Summit will present proven best practices in the fields of professional project management and technical communications, with a number of well known international leaders in those fields participating.  This is our first PDS in Hawaii, so we are very excited about hosting such a big event.  We thank our partner LavaCon for teaming with us to bring best practices to Hawaii and PMForum for promoting the event.”

The PMI Honolulu/LavaCon 2008 Professional Development Summit will be held during November 6-8, 2008 at the Marriott Honolulu Waikiki hotel.
