Lightspeed Appraisal Group Continues Growth with FHA and REO Appraisers

Lightspeed Appraisal Group now covers over 150 counties in 9 states. "We recently added 16 counties in Colorado, Oregon, and Washington," said President, Paul Brocato.   "We are focused on expanding our coverage in the states we already cover as well as finding only Licensed or Certified appraisers with FHA certification and REO experience.  We have always had FHA appraisers in most counties, but our goal is to be able to provide FHA appraisal services to all of the areas we service since these services are in such high demand at this time."  Brocato added, "Due to the increase in foreclosures, we are seeing a large increase in REO appraisals.  We are now requiring this experience from any new appraisers we work with."
 
The new counties include: Garfield, Mesa, Rio Blanco,and Teller in Colorado; Benton, Clatsop, Lane, Lincoln, Linn, Marion, Polk, Tillamook, and Yarnhill in Oregon; and Island, Lewis and Mason in Washington.
