The 5th edition of the conference will take place on Bucharest, Romania, at Marriot Hotel, between 7-9 October. This year will bring to the public more than 65 speakers and 45 conference subjects!

Training '08 represents three days of thematic conferences that will take place in the same time, but in different rooms. There will be a Main Conference and three secondary conferences:
The Main Conference will be in each of the three days, from 9.30 a.m to 5.30 p.m in The Grand BallRoom of Marriot Hotel. The subjects debate here are more than just about training. Are about people's performance and all the factors that influence it.
For the marketing and sales professionals we created Sales Training Conference (on October 7, in Timisoara room), a full day that will increase your perspectives and make you more valuable for your organization.
On the second day, on October 8, in the same room, HR will be the centre of attention. Among other things, you will attend at the first case study in Romania made with the client about the results of implementing ROI (Return on investment) program and also you will learn about attracting and retaining talent in Bulgarian industry.
On the third day, Timisoara room will be the place where the best eLearning programs providers will meet. You will have the chance to see both simple or complex solutions, according to your needs.
Special moments:
- On October 7, on Main Conference, Sid Jacobson will talk about how to model your own creativity and also other's and about Disney and Einstein models in his presentation called "Expanding Innovation & Creativity".
