NewAge Industries, Inc. has appointed Fred Pfaff to the newly created position of Distribution Sales Manager. Additionally Inside Sales Manager Annabelle Black now handles responsibility for the company’s entire inside sales team. The changes were made to better meet the needs of the company’s increasing number of distributors.

Fred Pfaff, who has been with the company for nearly 23 years in various sales positions, is now responsible for managing NewAge’s entire distributorship for the industrial and high-purity product lines. The company’s Director of Sales, David Schwass, previously handled this responsibility and will now focus primarily on new strategic directives as well as visits to key national and international customers and prospects. Pfaff’s new duties include supervising and managing all distributors, qualifying new ones, and developing targeted opportunities for distribution. He previously shared management of the company’s inside sales team.
A 22-year employee, Annabelle Black has held positions in both the accounting and sales departments and most recently shared management of the company’s inside sales team. She now supervises the entire inside sales group and continues to be responsible for growing existing customers and developing new prospects.
