Our brass inserts are designed with various knurl to provide a high torque-pull out resistance for threaded assembly in plastic. They also carry a strong metal thread to strengthen the plastic components for assembly.

We offer inserts made from brass. Further the round inserts, hexagonal inserts and square inserts are also available. The inserts are available with diamond, straight or unidirectional knurling.

Any kind of special brass insert can be developed and supplied exactly as per customer specifications. Knurling inserts (round inserts / hexagonal inserts / square inserts).
3. Brass insert - thread
ISO metric (MM threads).
BA threads.
BSW threads (inches).
UNC, UNF threads.
Any threads as per custom design.
4. Brass inserts knurling available - Diamond / straight / unidirectional.

We manufacture a wide range of brass inserts, which are available in different outer surfaces like straight, diamond and crossed for better grip in plastic molding. We also manufacture inserts as per customer's design and specifications. The inserts are available in different finishes like brass natural, electro-tinned and nickel plating.
