(WASHINGTON)
Though on a tight timeline, CiV's creative team developed a visual solution which integrated stills from the movie into a slideshow which promoted key features and content. In addition to offering insight into these important subjects, the site also provides a means of sharing a message of forgiveness with someone either through email or through the website using the "Post a Forgiveness"
In addition, site visitors can read real life stories on restorative justice, watch the TAKE trailer, see exclusive video interviews with the actors and download a discussion guide - provided by Prison Fellowship, a partner in the Take Justice effort. The site also features an area where users can upload a video of their forgiveness story to a special YouTube group and find restorative justice groups and other resources in their local area.
The film's director Charles Oliver had this to say about the project and the CiV team:
"The creative team at CiV came up with a great solution which far exceeded our expectations. The visuals are stunning and elegant in their simplicity. Overall the site complements well our efforts with TAKE and we hope, encourages discussion and engagement among online visitors. We definitely look forward to working with CiV again on a future project."
CiV President D.J. Smith added:
"...Not only was this an exciting and dynamic project for CiV, we are also pleased to be associated with a project like TAKE and GiveForgiveness/
