In response to a continued increase in internet traffic, enquiries and sales for property in Spain, Guido Bauer S.L. contracted a local firm AdclixPro SEO &: Website design to offer a solution for seperating their rentals and sales websites, providing them with extra facilities to showcase properties more effectively, while keeping their Infocasa based database.
The result is a general makeover for the www.guidobauersl.com website, providing links and information about Guido Bauer corporate activities around Malaga province.
Adclixpro provided a new logo for the property arm of Guido Bauer S.L. which has been widely used around the Costa del Sol. With the new logo came a relaunch of the Guido Bauer Real Estate recognised name, GB Properties Spain was the veihcle to design two new websites, one promoting rentals in Malaga Spain and a website built primarily for property for sale in Spain.
The websites incoporate the use of Joomla content management and a mixture of Open-realty and CMS realty. Adclixpro have alos managed to integrate the system with Infocasa's own property management system. The sites provide multilanguage support in English, German and Spanish and each property listing is search engine friendly.
Within 1 month of launch the company experienced increased search engine listings and No. 1 positions in a market that is highly competetive. Analysis has shown that the websites are starting to outperform all other Estate Agent and Property for Sale websites in the immediate area, listings are begionning to appear for Malaga and the whole of the Costa del Sol.
