Margarida Elvas Is the Newest ActionCOACH in Portugal

Master Licensee Paulo Vilhena has named Margarida Elvas as the newest ActionCOACH in Portugal.

She will be operating from her office in Cascais, which 30km away from Lisbon.
Prior to becoming an ActionCOACH, Elvas was working in the number one retail chain in Portugal as Category Manager for several categories of mass market products. Most recently, she was leading the Food Quality Department.

“As Category Manager, some of my biggest accomplishments were my results in terms of sales and profitability. Knowing that my results were also the results of my suppliers, I always tried to reach a win-win result in all negotiations,” she said. “As Quality Director, my biggest challenges were also my biggest accomplishments. I helped build team spirit, which in turn helped my team members want to achieve more.”

Elvas has a leader’s mind-set and has always been in an advisory role leading her team to success.
