From CEO to ActionCOACH, Pam Usher Is Ready For Her Own New Coaching Business

Aug. 22, 2008 - PRLog -- Pam Usher is the newest ActionCOACH from Australia. She brings 25 years of CEO-level experience working with many different organizations throughout Australia.  

Usher has had extensive experience in developing and testing ways to ensure profitability. She also understands the importance of having a team of people who are productive and happy, and who stay and grow with the company, particularly in this time of “skills shortage.”

“I have been able to increase growth by 700% and profitability by 30% for organizations in a highly competitive market,” she said.

Having led small and medium-sized organizations throughout Australia, Usher also understands the challenges of start-ups as well as large, mature companies in both the non-profit and commercial sectors.  

In order to complement these years of practical experience, Pam has gained a Masters in Business Administration, an Enterprise Workshop Certificate for Entrepreneurship, an Australian Institute of Company Directors Diploma, and Bachelor Degrees in both (School) Education and Nurse Education.  She also maintains an active involvement as Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.
Her solid foundation of firsthand management and leadership experiences will allow Usher to become an effective and powerful coach.

Usher wants to be able to provide a fine work/life balance to all her clients, while enjoying these benefits herself.
