Minnetonka Community Bank Hires New Vice President

Americana Community Bank (ACB), http://www.americanafinancial.com, has hired Jon Cira as Vice President-Business Banking Manager. Cira manages the ACB Minnetonka branch, http://www.americanafinancial.com/about_locations.html, bringing 20 years of experience in the banking industry. He specializes in business development; training, mentoring, and staff development; and branch leadership. Cira most recently served as Manager at a branch of M&I Bank.

Cira has been recognized with numerous industry honors, including Circle of Excellence, Territory Sales Manager of the Year, and the Quarterly “Prestige Club.”

A resident of Elk River, Cira is a member of the Elk River High School Quarterback Club. Active with his family and community, Cira coaches his son’s travel baseball team and has taught financial education at VandenBerge Middle School in Elk River and St. Louis Park High School’s DECA group.
