Chicago, IL - Not only do people benefit from alternative health care solutions, but companion animals can benefit physically and emotionally from the holistic animal care skills their caregivers learn at live workshops hosted by Animal Spirit Healing and Education® Network.
Animal Spirit Network’s multiple workshops will cover Tellington Ttouch, animal communication, and animal Reiki. The workshops are open to and will benefit individual animal caregivers, as well as professionals such as trainers, groomers, kennel management, veterinarian technicians, veterinarians, handlers and pet sitters.
Tellington TTouch Bodywork helps resolve behavior and performance issues, enhance the relationship between a caregiver and a companion animal, and create a sense of well-being. During Animal Spirit Networks’ workshops, caregivers will learn the simple and gentle circular, sliding and lifting movements of the hands used during TTouch work.
Animal Spirit Network offers a five-level program in Animal Communication which will guides caregivers to fully develop their intuitive pathway of telepathic communication with animals. Level 1 and Level 2 are designed to allow students to simply explore and enjoy learning how to connect with animals. Levels 3, 4 and 5 become increasingly focused on enhancing skill level, knowledge, and techniques to prepare students to work professionally with clients.
The four-level program in Animal Reiki offered by Animal Spirit Network guides caregivers in fully developing core traditional Reiki techniques, with an emphasis on supporting animals and their people. Courses are taught by Animal Spirit Network faculty members /about/faculty/

About Dawn Wrobel
Dawn Wrobel, animal communicator and the author of the book “The Happy, Healthy Hedgehog” has trained veterinarians and veterinary technicians on hedgehog handling and care. She also is an invited speaker and clinician to WEZAM, the Wildlife Exotic and Zoo Animal Medicine conference, at the University of Wisconsin . Her articles have appeared in numerous trade and consumer publications. She also developed and sponsors IHOG, an agility program for hedgehogs, is a judge for the International Hedgehog Association and assists with 4-H companion animal projects. Wrobel is working on her PhD in Holistic Health, and incorporates Reiki, TTouch and shamanic healing in her animal communication practice.
About Claudeen E. McAuliffe
Claudeen E. McAuliffe, a Level 2 Tellington TTouchTM practitioner , owns and operates Kindness Canine Behavior Consultants in Oconomowoc, WI, a consulting practice providing holistic behavior counseling for dogs and their people, along with educational programs in behavior, nutrition and Tellington TTouchTM.Her published works include, Mindful Dog Teaching, The Big Bang: How You Can Help Your Dog Cope with Thunderstorms and Fireworks, The Good Behavior Game (with Mary Norby, M.Ed.), and numerous articles and essays. She is a member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers (APDT), the Animal Behavior Society, and the Tellington TTouchTM Practitioner's Guild. She is a doctoral student in holistic nutrition and companion animal health at Clayton College of Natural Health in Birmingham, Alabama.
About Linda Epstein
Linda is a practitioner in the Metaphysical Healing Arts for animals, humans and the land. She has been in private practice for the past five years. Her practice includes various energetic Healing Modalities including: Flower essence therapy, crystal healing therapy, attunements in Usui Reiki, Karuna Ki, Shamballa, and Violet Flame Reiki. Linda is also an Animal Communicator with clients located throughout the United States. Linda studied Animal Communication under Carol Schultz and energetic healing under Reverend Rocha and Mary Baumstark. She continues taking courses to improve her skills for the benefit of her clients. Linda volunteers her communication skills and healing abilities to a no kill shelter, helping the animals to cope with the stress of abuse and abandonment.
About Mary Butler
Mary Butler has trained in Animal Communication, Reiki (Animal & Human) and Canine Massage. She continues to complete training programs in Tellington TTouch, Shamanism and Animal Acupressure to add to her palette of experience. Her academic background includes B.S. and M.S. degrees in Animal Science from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana.
