The Shini USA Screenless Low Speed Granulators feature a gear driven high efficiency motor providing low noise and low energy consumption.
Available in either 460 or 230 volt with a 5mm cutting size, the Shini USA SG-24 Series Screenless Granulators incorporate hardened cutting blades and a unique cutting design ensuring well proportioned granules with minimal amounts of dust.
All parts are accessible for easy cleaning and maintenance. The clear view tilt back hopper is easy to maintain and safe to operate ensuring excellent performance.
Use beside the press, grinding sprues, runners and rejected parts the the Shini USA SG-24 Series Low Speed Screenless Granulators also feature safety interlocks, obstruction alarm, emergency e-stop, vacuum take off port, automatic reverse design and caster mounted for ease of movement.
The Shini USA SG-24 Series Low Speed Screenless Granulators range in throat sizes from 9.5 x 7” for a 20 lbs/hr throughput with 2 cutting blades and 3 rotating blades to 9.5 x 18” for a 45 lbs/hr throughput with 4 cutting blades and 5 rotating blades.
