Nancy Carlson, CPFT will bring her contagious enthusiasm for living a healthy lifestyle with her as the featured instructor for this special women's only Fitness Boot Camp class. Starting September 1, 2008 at 9:00am, this fun, fast-paced and effective style of training will offer it's unique blend of cardio, strength and endurance training to women of all ages and levels of fitness. Perfect for busy mom's who need to fit fitness into their schedule after dropping the kids off to school, this new class is designed to help women get fit fast in a helpful, supportive environment.
“The classes we offer now have both men and women, and that setup has worked extremely well,” Nancy said. “But we realized that some women just don't want to train in mixed classes, and the schedule was a perfect fit for a lot of the women who contacted us.”
As a mother of six, Nancy can relate to the pressure of “fitting in” an exercise program into an already busy life. “I believe this is part of what makes a good trainer,” she said “The ability to relate to clients and understand the need to integrate an exercise program into a busy lifestyle, without neglecting other responsibilities.”
