Harmony has launched new service contracts for it customer. Using these contracts can include such benefits as no labour charges, or call outs and reduction on parts costs.
Harmony offers warranty support on behalf of equipment manufacturer, and support for installations, from single items to entire projects beginning to end.
Included in the contracts are emergency callouts - immediate and efficient response for repairs to all makes of equipment. These new tailored service contracts include preventative maintenance work and ongoing support for all commercial catering and laundry equipment.
Annual kitchen gas checks for premises certificates are provided. Harmony will also check gas fryer high temperature trip checks, again providing certification for insurance.
