Headlining this year’s Indianapolis Air Show will be the F-22A Raptor, the U.S. Air Force’s newest, most advanced fighter jet. At the air show, the demonstration team will perform precision aerial maneuvers in the skies over Mt. Comfort Airport.
In addition the Raptor team, Flight Line Radio is returning to the Indianapolis Air Show. Flight Line Radio will provide guests of the air show a direct connection to the air show announcer anywhere on the show grounds. Visitors to the show no longer need to stand in the hot sun just to be near a PA speaker, or have to carry a bulky expensive scanner to listen to the aircraft comms. Flight Line Radio allows patrons to watch the show from anywhere and still listen to all of the action.
The Fight Line Radio receiver is a lightweight credit card sized radio receiver that comes complete with earbuds, battery and a lanyard to hang around the neck. The batteries are replaceable and the receiver is reusable at many other shows. The receivers will be available at the retail tents on the grounds.
The Indianapolis Air Show provides an entire weekend of fabulous entertainment and things to do. In addition to a 5+ hour air show, spectators can enjoy an antique and classic car show, a WWII military encampment, vendors, a fly-in, static displays and many other aviation related exhibits.
