Your Company is Unstoppable with Regulation D

Grow your company fast by opening up to investors via PPM, Reg D.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PRLog (Press Release) - Aug 18, 2008 -
Raising capital via private placement can be one of the fastest way to generate capital in today’s ever changing financial market. Banks now lend money only a fraction of the time and private investors are no longer taking risks on companies that are not properly structured according to SEC regulations. Regulation D (PPM: Private Placement Memorandum) legalizes your efforts to raise capital through investors.
Raising capital with a PPM will add jet fuel to your company's growth. Many times by using a PPM you can still raise capital if you have a new corporation without an extensive business history or perfect personal credit.
ACS LLC., www.acsbusinessplans.com is the industry leader for all your PPM and fund raising needs. ACS LLC will include absolutely everything needed to legally raise capital through PPM including: Private placement, SEC filing, Business Plan and Financial Future Projections, we will even help you find investors. No other company in the country offers such a turn-key package for such a minimal investment.
The best part is, we can have this entire package completed and in your hands in Three weeks or less which means you can start raising capital immediately. After we initiate the process, we will begin putting together packages to send to Venture Capital funds to kick off your fund raising efforts.

History of Regulation D and How we can help your business.
"Regulation D" is a government program created under the Securities Act of 1933, instituted in 1982, that allows companies the ability to raise capital though the sale of equity or debt securities. The programs were designed to provide two main things - the needed "exemption" to sell unregistered securities in a private transaction (something that happens in any transaction involving investors) and the appropriate framework and documentation for doing so properly. This exemption allows companies to avoid quarterly reporting requirements and many of the legal liabilities associated with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
There are several programs that are available under the Regulation D Exemption. Of the available Regulation D Programs we support the 504, 506 and SCOR programs. Most companies typically use the 504 and 506 programs - which program you utilize is based primarily on transaction size.

Offering Types – Debt, Equity and Hybrid
There are 3 basic types of Regulation D Offerings that can be structured; an "equity" offering where the company is selling partial ownership (via the sale of stock) to raise capital -  a "debt" offering where the company raises debt financing by selling a note instrument to investors with a set annual rate of return and a maturity date that dictates when the funds will be paid back to investors in full – and a “hybrid” offering which is simply a combination of the above which offers the investor more security, insuring a more profitable all around investment for the investor and the business owner. This win/win often times prompts investors to be more liberal with their venture dollars.
If your business is ready to grow, contact ACS LLC., www.acsbusinessplans.com and find out how easy it is to make your fund raising efforts easy.
