Prime Minister of Cape Verde stays at Anfi Emerald Club, Gran Canaria

PR Log (Press Release) – Aug 14, 2008 – The Prime Minister arrived on Tuesday and stayed in a deluxe penthouse overlooking the resorts championship 18-hole golf course. During his stay he met with Cape Verde’s consulate official in Gran Canaria, with whom the Prime Minister has had a long and successful association. He also attended numerous meetings and official functions with government officials, local business people, and Canarian politicians.

A female companion as well as his personal security accompanied the Prime Minister during his weeklong stay. The Prime Minister enjoyed dinner at the La Cascada restaurant in Anfi Emerald Club; he also dined at Restaurant Gran Bahia situated at Anfi del Mar, the antecedent resort of Anfi Tauro Golf & Luxury Resorts and the winner of the CNBC European Property Awards 2008.
