Manzi Monate has always been one of those warm-heated resorts that keeps regular visiter’s coming back time after time. In words of one of the resort’s staff, ”Manzi Monate is like a good wine – it improves with age.” And I have to say, from my objective viewpoint, having first visited the resort some 4years ago and having recently been back – she is right!
The park-like open areas and gardens are stunning and the green grass and inviting shade of Manzi’s magnificent trees inspire everything that a “break-away from it all” should be – lazy days, gentle strolls, family fun and maybe even a dreamy snooze under a tree after a scrumptious picnic.
The recent completion of a major refurbishment program has moved Manzi Monate into a whole new class within the industry. When the board of directors first announced, in 2004, that they would be proceeding with the upgrade of the chalets, the reality of a complete makeover and refurbishment, as well as the addition of another bedroom and a second bathroom – even with the aid of the artist’s impressions provided at the time – was impossible to imagine, to the extent that this undertaking has actually been executed.
